I have never recieved such prompt and curtious service as I have with this company. My order came within 3 days of ordering. Was delivered right on my front porch. When I realized that one of the products I had ordered did not come, I called the company. They were so sorry that they foegot to process that one item, they seent it to me FREE OF CHARGE!!! They go above and beyond for their customers. Chewy.com..........thankyou for being honest, caring and totally AWESOME. Diane and her crew of 7 dogs.....We love you. I ordered Canine Caviar on line as local store was out of stock for the desired size. Order arived ontime and correct. Also eliminated need for a trip to the local store. Will use Chewy.com again
