I ordered and paid for two Andis clippers, it has been 3 months and I still don't have them. Now they are not wanting to fix the issue. Don't trust them.

I purchased a expensive toy for my best friend, my beloved dog. The box was delivered torn opened,re-taped shut, packing inside box was strewn all about, and my dogs expensive toy was gone! Called company, which they immediately sent another, of course, they said for free, EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR IT! I will never purchase anything from Chewy.com again! This is a fly by night company, and my dog deserves better, he’s part of our family!

Not great customer service, lost me over a $20 or so coupon not applied correctly. They refunded me part of the order but not the full order for coupon so I'm taking my business elsewhere after years

Chewy has everything you could need at a lower price! I get my heart worm and flea/tick meds here they are 1/2 the price of my Vet.

Out of 5 orders I received 4 in tact bags of food and 4 broken ones. The fifth order resulted in two reshipments which were both punctured with one visibly ripped. They then left me on hold for a half hour and refused to send another. Apparently it is too much for them to adequately package things.

"Some grain free dog foods with pea and legumes, or garbanzo etc., can cause heart attacks in some dogs." My Norwegian Elkhound experienced a massive attack last week, and died a week ago today, within 2 1/2 hours. My brand was Canidae. Why would high end dog food have killer fillers? Chewy was not at fault, but they should reconsider selling foods with ingredients known to kill dogs. They did not charge me on the last order. Buyer beware.

they have good products, but delivery is sub par.....dont know how many times they have been asked to place box on front porch, but delivery continues to either put in trash box at end of driveway, or this last time stick it in the edge of the woods. My driveway isnt very long. Several deliveries are covered in ants by the time we get out to pick it up.
