Chewy has never failed to have my cats food or litter delivered right on time. No waiting no problems. During these difficult times Chewy has come through 150 percent. I will continue to do my shopping with Chewy. Customer service is great.

I can't praise this company enough. Having 3 rescues and the donations they make to help shelters is amazing. I recently lost my senior rescue and Chewy suggested I donate the food I had just purchased to a local shelter. They also refunded me AND sent me a beautiful flower arrangement for my loss. They have a forever customer with me!

Never used chewy before but decided to give them a try. I ordered a bucket of sea salt, fish food and dog treats. They packed everything in one box, so when I opened the box the fish food was crushed and all over the inside of the box, and the dog treats were smashed into dust. This was not a very good first order experience......they did however sent me new fish food and treats fairly quickly.

Chewy used to be a great company before it was bought out. Unfortunately, this tends to be the case for many companies that start out great but then crash and burn because of corporate “values“. I had to communicate with Chewy three times because they had incorrect information listed in my account and I was assured that the incorrect information was corrected. However, when I signed into my account, the incorrect information was still there. When I called in again, the rep said she didn’t understand why I was seeing certain information on my end while she saw different information on her end. I explained that this was the reason I was calling AGAIN. We couldn’t get the issue squared away, so I canceled my order and took my business elsewhere. Fortunately, Chewy is not the only game in town.

Have been dealing with Chewy for years. One of my pets, 17 year old kitten called Cosmo, passed away last week. When I sent them a note and cancelled his profile, they sent me a sympathy card with a beautiful flower arrangement following. For years there have been times for needed customer service. My experience is an ideal company with ideal employees.

I have used Chewy for years and have always been pleased with their prices , choices and delivery. I had to euthanize my dog and I received beautiful flowers and note from them. I will continue to use them for our other dog. Thank you Chewy!

I’ve been even using chewy for years and really like it until recently.I ordered 6 cases of cat food because I was having hip surgery and couldn’t get out. My order was late which I totally understand,stuff happens.My complaint is why do you pack the boxes so full.cant you put in to 2 boxes?My delivery gal dropped off the box on the lawn not even close to my door.I was home so I asked her if she could bring it to the door,I got major attitude.she was pissed.They need to be told to put the packages inside the door and not leave it on the lawn.😡
