Chewy has the best customer service, they are a quality company. We have used Chewy for many years and always found them to give excellent service. Our cat recently passed away, the Chewy agent was so nice when we stopped our auto-ship for cat food. Thank you Chewy for your words of sympathy they mean so much to us. We will always be dedicated customers of Chewy.

I called customer service and spoke with Asia, and she was wonderful. My golden retriever passed away on Monday and on the same day I had 2 packages delivered from chewy.com. I called and she said they would refund my purchases and asked us to donate what we had to a shelter., such a wonderful service! I also received flowers from Asia and chewys! It was so thoughtful and kind!

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service that was provided by Chewy. I was ordering prescription food for my 20 year old tuxedo but unfortunately, had to put him down when his health started to rapidly decline and his quality of life was in question. Chewy was very compassionate during our time of grief and incredibly helpful with the return process. In fact, to our surprise, they refunded our full amount back and did not bother us with returning the food back to them, instead they requested that we donate the food to a local shelter, which I did. It was just so unexpected and I was overwhelmed by their generosity. Then, 2 weeks after when we picked up our beloved Buddy’s ashes, we received a package in the mail from Chewy. They had sent us a memorial stone with his name on it and a loving message, so yet again, I was in tears because of the emotional support we have received from Chewy. It is obvious that the people at Chewy understand fully what it is to be a pet parent and how much of a loss it is when we have to say goodbye. I cannot thank them enough. I would also like to add that their app is very user friendly and the ordering process was very easy to navigate. When ordering prescription medication or prescription food, all you need to do is add the vet information and they contact the vet for authorization and the order is processed in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to do business with Chewy in the near future. Their compassion towards our pets and superb customer service will keep me coming back. Thank you, Chewy, for all that you have done for us and our Buddy <3

I’ve had auto ship for several months now and it keeps getting delivered to my apartment buildings hub/locker. It gets crammed in the locker by FedEx and I can’t even get it out let alone get it to my upstairs apartment as it is 40+lbs. Chewy doesn’t seem to give a crap and their customer service representatives are super unhelpful and sound like they’re half asleep. No apologies, no remedies…I’m done. I can get the same items, quicker and better service from Amazon. Buh Bye👋

Chewy is the best company! They are always making sure that the customer is happy & satisfied. Plus they mention your pets name when emailing them which I find is a very nice personal touch.

TWICE my personal card has been used to order kitty litter to someone in another city. I have had to call them several times to cancel and now remove my form of payment because someone named Jim rausch in SEALY TEXAS and his spouse keep stealing from us. I have never had this issue before anywhere else! I’m furious! Get a better handle on your customers personal information!

What an upstanding wonderful company Chewy is. We had purchased a car seat for our puppy which she loved and there was a problem with the clip that attaches to dogs harness. I called Chewy and without any fuss at all was told I would be sent a new seat. I so appreciate how my problem was handled. I will be a Chewy customer only from now on. Thank you.

Recently I had to cancel an autoship for my cat that had passed away. Within a week, I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to my home with a heart touching message. I was so touched that Chewy.com took the time to send these flowers to me expressing their sadness in the loss of my beloved pet. I was so amazed that any company would take the time to do such a kind thing; and though I thought customer service was a thing of the past, Chewy.com proved me wrong, with the best and kindest customer service ever. I am so impressed, Chewy.com customer service is EXCELLENT, AND SUPERIOR to anyone I have done business with. I cannot express how much this meant to our family.
