I recently called Chewy to request to return something because my cat had died and I no longer needed it. They immediately refunded my money and told me to donate the item to charity. I also received a lovely note of condolence via email. Today, I received roses from Chewy along with a sympathy note. That is going WAY over and above and I am very impressed. This level of service is almost impossible to find these days, and I am just blown away.

Get ready for false advertising if you order from chewy. Customer service is extremely rude!!

I have been shopping here for years but now I'm very dissatisfied. The pharmacy has been sitting on my dogs Bravecto/Heartgard prescription for nearly a week because they want to verify my dogs weight?? Why is the pharmacy questioning my veterinarian?? The shipping date was two days after old the prescription expired but I had to push the shipping date back because Chewy tries to withdraw funds from my account five days prior to the ship date and I haven't been paid yet. So I had to jump through hoops to get another written prescription from my vet clinic to mail to Chewy and now my pets have no protection from fleas, ticks and heartworm for a month. No walkies make my pack and I unhappy!

Chewy has made my life so much easier as a senior for my senior long haired chihuahua Nellie she loves all the food and treats I have ordered from Chewy and the prices are even cheaper than Walmart with the auto ship customer service is great as well if I could give a 10 star review I would delivered the next day and I don't have to lift heavy cases of dog food. Excellent customer service! And a human answered!! And not to transfer me to someone else, but to actually efficiently take card of a issue I was having ordering with my CC. She found the issue in her system. She proceeded to make the the corrections, and then place the order from me, keeping me from having to go back online to do it myself. She was polite, professional and got me sorted in under 5 mins. Other companies need to step up their game, especially with inflation! I was thrilled with my experience.

Ordered the TRIXIE Natura Classic Dog House with Weatherproof Finish, Elevated Floor. Before it was out of the box I could see footprints covering the package. Once opened and put together you can see how cheap it is. The wood where the hinges go were broken, other wood boards split. I won’t order from them again. Decided to keep it…luckily my husband was able to make it work. We will have to wait to see how it holds up.

I was impressed by so many parts of my recent experience with chewy customer service. First the response was quick. Secondly they asked about my pup and thirdly they gave to a good cause. My pup was in the ER over the weekend with a new dx of IBD and now is on special food. I just received my new auto ship order for food he was on prior to dx. It's unopened and I asked about process for return. The chewy representative we sympathetic towards my pup and new illness and told me not to worry about return and to donate to a shelter and they will refund me for the bag! Wow!! I still offered to return but they were happy to give to another pet in need. They asked how my pup was, used his name, and asked for updates...can we say amazing! I did purchase my new novel protein with them and they now have a customer for life. Even if the bag is a smidge more expensive I will always use them knowing how great of an experience this was, and easy. I am donating the bag that was for return to a dog in need. I am also a foster failure and happy to see that the pay it forward truly came around. Thank you chewy!

I have been ordering from Chewy for sometime now. I think the prices are good. The amount of time you receive your order is unbelievable quick. If you have any issues just call. They are so nice and very helpful! This is the place I always order from, they have always been very helpful! Thanks Chewy.
