Consistently great experience with chewy

This is the company I have trusted for almost 9 years and has satisfied all my beloved pets' needs and made my life easy. Very competitive prices. They have everything you need and they provide fast delivery. I can't think of anyone else that handles the customer needs better than them.

I have always been very happy with Chewy. My cat passed away a few months ago at 18 years old so imagine my surprise when I received a package from Chewy. It was a hand painted portrait of Schooner (taken from the picture I have set as the profile picture on the site)! I am bawling and so touched for this gift. It means everything to me. Thank you so much, Chewy!

The coupon redemption dept. is a fake, phones and crooked. I order cat food, approx. $80.00. Had coupon from Purina for total cost refund. Followed all rules to obtain said rebate. Call to coupon redemption center. Was told “ can’t find your $80.00 rebate”. Called Chewy-“sorry can’t help you”. Consumer——shady company to deal with.

This company used to be great! Now they are nothing but bad service. Placed an order and got flagged by them. For 2 days I am trying to get my cats food shipped. This is food that is hard to find in stores. They just keep giving me the run around. I am so angry right now. From now on I will use Amazon they don’t play games with you. The price you see is what you will pay. Chewy puts a price on it and then offers you 50% off, after you place the order they play games for 2 days and then take back the 50% off. Terrible company they used to be so awesome. I don’t know who’s running it now, but they’re running it into the ground.

I would not recommend Chewy. I ordered food that did not come despite several calls into Chewy and assurance of resolution. Customer service was extremely difficult, including management after a week of not receiving pet food and chose not resolve the issue and order. Fortunately, I was able to get everything my pet needed, especially food much less expensive on Amazon & receive much quicker (1-2 days). I would recommend looking for the same pet products on Amazon, including via subscribe and save option or another pet site to avoid poor chewy Customer Service, delays in orders, and just a challenging company in general

Very first order with Chewy, I ordered $60 worth of stuff for my dog and they canceled the order straight away. I rang them and was advised there was a fraud block on my account for my "protection" yet my AMEX had already been charged and now I have to wait for some mysterious department to make the decision if they want to unlock my account or not. No reason given as to why it was frozen either.

Our dog passed and to our surprise Chewy sent us flowers and a condolence letter. It was so beautiful it made me cry what a thought jester! It was so kind!
