Wish I Never Ordered
UPDATE: I find it comical that they were faster replying to this trustpilot review then they were to my multiple support emails. It shows where their priorities lie. What's the point of sending a support email that doesn't answer your question or goes unanswered? I will say I finally did get the final approval image back and I'm so sick of going through this, I just approved it and I don't even like it. I just want the experience to be over.
Original Review (that I still stand by):
Ordered on 4/6 and it’s been downhill ever since. Despite their shiny promises, I never got the first preview in the timeframe they advertised—instead, everything took twice as long. When the first set of designs finally arrived, they were absolute trash. I’m not exaggerating when I say it looked like a literal nut sack. I gave super clear, detailed feedback and asked for specific changes, including making the design a circle, not an oval.
Seven days later? A second preview shows up that’s somehow even worse than the first. None of my requests were followed. Still an oval. Still a mess. I tried again—waited another week—and the next “preview” email they sent had a broken link. I couldn’t even see it.
Support? Useless. No replies to emails. Support tickets go unanswered. Honestly, I think this whole thing is run by bots and fake enthusiasm. Steer clear. I deeply regret wasting my money and time.

I absolutely love the necklaces I purchased for myself and my sister from Charmlry. I ended up having to revise both designs and the designer came back quickly with a new design that I loved. I ended up having the first initial of mine, my husband's and my two daughter's names and am treating it like my 'family seal.' Really love that idea and plan to purchase more necklaces and keychains with the same design.
