***UPDATE*** oh my gosh I got a shipping notification today that my items were on the way. The only problem was they were delivered yesterday. This product is not what is pictured on their website, what is pictured is a somewhat three-dimensional piece of art what you will get is this paper thin piece of sheet metal and there’s no depth to it whatsoever. It is deceptive advertising, they won’t let you refund the product, and when you post a bad review on a website, they can’t take down now they wanna say oh just email us with your concerns. They won’t do anything, but they act like they care in the public view. Buyer beware the product will disintegrate after you take it out of its original packaging. What they show you on the website to order is not what you will receive. This is a scam as I have previously mentioned. I ordered my necklaces back in March of 2025 for an Easter present. Everything on the website stated they would be delivered in time for Easter. After taking my money it has been a black hole of communications. I asked them multiple times to cancel my order. It is now almost 60 days later after being ordered and today it delivered. They blamed me for not approving a design and I caused the delay. I have a confirmation email that I approved both designs. I did reject the first design because it was so generic it was the first image from the website when you go to order the product. It was not customized at all. This company lacks accountability. DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL IT'S YOUR FAULT AND IF IT IS PROMISED FOR A HOLIDAY IT'S A LIE. They keep saying our timelines are on our website, but what if you are double the timelines listed on the website? This is a deceptive company, they remove negative reviews from their website actually rating the poor quality of the products and awful service. This is a real review and I would not believe the fake reviews others post.

I ordered two necklaces and they were SO AMAZING! I gave one to my best friend with her granddaughters name and one to my daughter in law with her sons name. The product was great and very well made and the service was awesome. The designer Elisa did a beautiful job and I approved my first look! Highly impressed!
