The design process was easy since they took the initial first steps and from there, I had the option to say what I wanted to change. I only had to do this once since I enjoyed the first change. Would order again from this company. My wife loved how the neckless was very light weight as well.

Quick process with updates throughout. I had the opportunity to approve or deny the design, but they knocked it out of the park on the first go. A fitting gift for my wife that linked together our current family with the daughter we lost.

This business concept is unique and very personalized. The customized jewelry piece I purchased was hand-designed by Elisa and she did an INCREDIBLE job! It was so good that I ordered two - one for my wife and one for me. I highly recommend Charmlry and will use them again.

The process of designing the custom jewelry was really well done and I was quite happy with the overall process. It made for a great gift. The chain on my jewelry broke quite easily within 2 weeks of wearing it. It was a gift, so it was not worn right away and unfortunately fell out of their replacement window. Customer service was polite and offered solutions, ultimately making it right even outside of the standard policy.

I requested 2 revisions and no issues whatsoever. Love the final design. Thank you so much.
