My charm is beautiful and well made! I’m using mine as a keyring. It’s not too bulky but big enough to be noticed.

Terrible customer service - have been ensure multiple times that my order from 9th November would be here in time for Christmas and now 4 days before Christmas they are saying there’s been a ‘hiccup’ and the courier can’t provide tracking. The company website says it hasn’t even been finished yet yet alone shipped. I’m so angry - I have spoken to their team on probably ten occasions now as they couldn’t get a design right, then because I’m stressed they wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. They have told me they ‘assure’ me that it will be here, they have a Christmas delivery guarantee - it’s all absolute rubbish and lies. I’m very, very upset as now 4 days before Christmas I have no gifts for my mother and in law. Not at all what I expected having ordered them almost 2 months ago. AVOID THIS COMPANY - they lie and lie about delivery. Editing to say the company never resolved this - full of lies. I started a PayPal dispute and got my refund through them. Absolute sham of a company

Absolutely devastated. I have tried to contact them, but there has been no response. The order was made and paid for 6 weeks ago, and now we have missed Christmas.

This is a creative way to keep your loved ones near your heart. The process went very smoothly and every step was communicated by my dedicated representative. The final product is unique and special. It took just a few weeks from the time it was ordered to be designed, approved and delivered. I very much recommend this company.

Selected two customized pendants. One for my daughter and one for myself. Both turned out beautifully. Received assistance when I decided to change the font when draft was made for my daughter. It was my change as I realized the heart motif was not a favorite of hers. Change was made without question. Both pendants are beautiful.

I received the design review within the stated 24-48 hours and it was perfect - no changes needed. It was ready and shipped well within the timeframe given. The finished product was exactly what I wanted. The artists are very talented!

Very happy with this product. Was kept up to date with the progression of the order from it being made, dispatched and finally delivered. Best of all, you got sent a picture of what the design will look like so you can make changes before committing to purchase. The gift box is nice and the scratch card to reveal the secret of the design is a great touch. Thank you Elisa and all at Charmlry. I’m yet to give this to my wife as it’s a Christmas present but I’ve no doubts she’ll love it.
