I LOVE my necklace and wear it almost every day paired with another shorter link chain. My sister recently lost her husband. I ordered her and her daughter a necklace and her son a keychain. It was easy to have the same design made for all 3 of them. We all love our Charmly gifts! Thank you!

First of all I love meaningful things this jewelry could not be more meaningful. Secondly the staff there went above and beyond to assist with any question I had during the ordering process,any email I sent received prompt and helpful response Loved everything about this product and the caring people who make this jewelry

Put an order in to arrive before Christmas. I approved design and followed it and it’s now just stuck. I’ve sent a couple emails and no response from the company.now not expecting it to arrive if at all! Starting to think this is a scam and will need to request money back from my bank.

Charmlry has a very cute concept and the jewelry itself is a great idea, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I ordered months in advance to ensure everything would arrive in time, yet I still never received the correct birth charms for my mother-in-law’s gift. I went back and forth with the company at least 10 times trying to resolve the issue, with repeated promises that the missing items would be sent — but they never were. While Amanda was always friendly and polite in her responses, there was a complete lack of follow-through on what was promised. Mistakes can happen, especially during busy seasons, but how a company handles those mistakes matters. Unfortunately, the communication and resolution process was extremely frustrating and never resulted in a proper fix. Because of this, I would not recommend Charmlry.

The necklace is designed beautifully, with exactly what I asked for incorporated into the design. Charmlry kept me informed every step of the process, responding quickly to my emails. It’s a personal way to keep my fur babies near my heart. I know they advertise on FB, but don’t be afraid to order, this is a legitimate, quality company.

I was a little hesitant to make a payment before I saw the design. However, I was contacted a few days later WITH the design, and I had the option to approve it, or change it. I approved it because it was gorgeous! And once I received it, I was NOT disappointed!

Needed something different (unique) for my wife for Christmas this year and I came across this while looking. It was perfect, we have three boys and this necklace with there initials on was it. I was kept well informed of the progress of my design. Even though it was perfect first time you can say no, give your own input to the design so you get the right result. They offer more than just the necklace I purchased. Couldn't recommend this business enough. Unique, personal and made with care and love
