The process is very smooth 👌🏾 with this. The design that I received for all 3 of my chains was perfect my girl haven't taken it off since she received it. My daughter ❤️ her chain she ask for it every time we leveling the house. Also when I was in the process the artist was very open to any changes that I wanted.
