Absolutely disgraceful service. I closed my account and am still waiting for my £10 refund. It should have been a simple matter of returning money that is owed to me, yet somehow this has turned into a ridiculous and frustrating chase. It is not about the amount. It is about the complete lack of respect shown to customers. No one should have to keep chasing a company for money that should have been refunded promptly. The delays, the silence, and the sheer incompetence in handling something so basic are infuriating. A company that cannot manage a straightforward refund has no business talking about customer service. This has been an exhausting, irritating experience and has left me with absolutely no trust in how they treat people. I would never use this company again and I would strongly warn others to be very careful. If they owe you money, do not expect it back without a fight. Sort it out and refund what is owed.

Im Oktober 2025 wurde mein ChargePoint Konto unautorisiert mit einem Ladevorgang in England belastet. Seit dem mehrmals an Kundendienst geschrieben - 0 Reaktion. 3x Angerufen mit Zusage der Eskalation zur Beschleunigung der Rückzahlung - 0EUR Zahlungseingang. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Am 07.03.2026 wurden mir fälschlicherweise 3 Ladeaktivitäten in London abgebucht. Seit dem versuche ich mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Trotz schriftlicher Zusage, ist bis heute nichts passiert. Mehrere E Mail und Telefonate haben nicht geholfen. Der Kundensupport ist quasi nicht existent, heute hat die Dame am Telefon einfach aufgelegt. Es ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Habe den Fall telefonisch Paypal gemeldet und innerhalb von 1 Woche mein Geld zurück bekommen. Ich werde mein Konto bei Chargepoint jetzt löschen. Ich drücke allen die auf ihr Geld noch warten die Daumen.

Trotz Kreditkarte wird Guthaben in der App aufgeladen. Habe mich aufgrund des ungefragten Abbuchens von 20 euro entschieden das Konto zu löschen. Habe bisher nach 1 Monat keine Rückerstattung bekommen und schon 2x beim Kundenservice nachgefragt. Nicht zu empfehlen. Update vom 4.Mai 2026 - noch immer keine Rückerstattung erfolgt und kein hilfreiches Update vom Kundenservice, außer, dass der Fall in Bearbeitung ist.

Trotz Kreditkarte wird Guthaben in der App aufgeladen. Nach Hinweisen auf die Unseriösität habe ich mich dazu entschieden mein Konto zu schließen. Laut FAQ wird das Guthaben innerhalb von 3-5 Werktagen erstattet. Nach der Frist habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert (grauenhaft) aber nach wie vor ist nichts passiert. Emails die man mir als Bestätigung zur Bearbeitung meiner Rückerstattung schicken wollte, sind ebenfalls nicht eingegangen.

The best support can do is offer me a 10% discount on a new one instead of solving the issue that is making the old one just stop for no reason. When you call the company, they pretend to have a front desk, but their voicemail protection just hangs up on you. Worst company to work with: their customer service lies, tells you to just reboot, and leaves you hanging. They take no accountability for their crap product. This company, with its horrible reviews, shouldn't exist.

Das Laden funktionierte schnell und problemlos. Aber bei 94 Ct/ kWh an einem 150 kW Lader, der max. 77 kW lieferte, obwohl nur mein Auto an der Ladestation war - da kann ich auch bei höchsten Dieselpreisen Verbrenner fahren.
