The product finally arrived after weeks of waiting. It didn’t work, so I reached out to customer service. They asked me to send countless videos demonstrating the defect. Day after day another request for more videos. Finally, they said they could see the defects and would come back to me with a solution. And then they suddenly started to ghost me. No responses of any kind. For days. In the end, I have a device that never worked - and they have decided to simply steal my money and ignore me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. They do not stand behind their products and will happily steal your payments. Pure fraud.

After 1 year of use 2 ports stopped working, I don’t recommend buying anything from ChargeASAP, it’s cheap quality and short warranty, do yourself a favor and avoid this brand

I bought my first charger, the Zeus, during the Kickstarter campaign. Now I wanted to buy my second one. The charger would have been two years old in a few days, and now it's broken. There's no warranty, so I'm canceling now. $200, and it's broken after two years, is too risky for me. I can get a cheaper device with a two-year warranty on Amazon. Product safety is also an issue. If I pull the charger's specific adapter out of the charger, I can connect my fingers directly to the power outlet. Unfortunately, it's not well thought out.

200W Omega GaN Charger died after a bit more than a year 100W Omega died after 2 years really badly made products, would not recommend to buy to anybody. both were out of 1 year replacement warranty so just lost my money.

Update All sorted and happy now . Problems addressed and fixed . The charging brick is awesome as Avoid they refuse to replace a faulty charging brick email them and they replied that it's out of its one year warranty I wrote back and explained no you're warranties don't mean nothing it's covered under the consumer guarantees ACT which is New Zealand law they wrote back basically saying because they're not in New Zealand it does not apply to the therefore they will not acknowledge it and their warranty terms stand which is a load of rubbish because anything that is sold in New Zealand with the country online or internationally is covered by the consumer guarantees ACT so they think they're above the law

I purchased the Zeus 270 and the Gen X 200. Both the 270 and the 200 don’t charge on one side. They rejected my claim so I resubmitted it and asked for them to get a manager involved. .they agreed that they were defective and are replacing them.

Received my Zeus charger with the front plate already coming off. Customer support asked me if I could just tape/glue it down but I insisted on a replacement. Every single month I had to ask them for an update with the reply being "Sorry but we're working on it, should be able to send you a unit next month". This went on for a year 😬 and the original charger front plate fell off at one point - I didn't feel like it was safe to use anymore. When I pointed out the 1 year anniversary they finally seemed to have stock - yay! But I had to pay the shipping fee as per their international warranty. Sure, it's stated on that page, but if you keep someone waiting a year for a replacement unit because the product was broken from the start you could consider waiving the $15 fee. Edit: In response to ChargeASAP's reply I'll just say that usually when a product arrives with a defect the seller doesn't charge me anything for the replacement, especially after making me wait a year. It's $15, you could have just bought so much goodwill by waiving that fee.
