ChargeasapReviews of chargeasap.com

I have purchased several Chargeasap starting with their Omega 200w charger which I bought via a kickstarter pledge in 2020. They started out strong with the Omega and have continued to improve their products even further by refining the design, introducing even higher power chargers (Zeus) and building innovative new products based on real user needs (upcoming Miko 30w charger with integrated cable). Little details like selling an adapter that allows users to plug in a kettle lead solving the international wall socket design problem innovatively and inexpensively. I wish they included it with their larger chargers instead of having people search for it and order it later. Great products as a result of thoughtful design. Recommend!

I received answers to my questions and follow ups to my entended issue. Alternate solutions were provided that ultimately made me happy to continue to purchase new products that the company made.

Over the past few years, Chargeasap has released a number of interesting products for people who need a flexible way to charge multiple large and small devices. I purchased their products at an early stage, and for the most part, they have worked very well. Whenever an issue has arisen, it has been handled in a reasonable and satisfactory manner. Chargeasap is a supplier you can trust.

The service was prompt, although the compulsory change of the product chosen was not a pleasant surprise for me. In case I knew from the beginning that the product could not be shipped to Cyprus, I would not have ordered it.

I purchased four GAN chargers from ChargeASAP, and for about two years they worked flawlessly. The design is compact, the charging speed is excellent, and they handle multiple devices effortlessly. When these chargers work, they’re truly outstanding. Unfortunately, after roughly two years, all four stopped working around the same time. That raised some concerns about long-term durability. For the premium price, I would have hoped for a lifespan of at least three to five years. That said, I do appreciate the ChargeASAP customer service team — they’ve been responsive and are currently working with me to offer a discount toward the purchase of new units. While the warranty doesn’t extend beyond the first year, their willingness to help shows a genuine commitment to customers. Overall, I still think ChargeASAP makes some of the best GAN chargers out there, but I hope future models last longer to match their excellent performance.

I purchased the Zeus 270 and the Gen X 200. Both the 270 and the 200 don’t charge on one side. They rejected my claim so I resubmitted it and asked for them to get a manager involved. .they agreed that they were defective and are replacing them.

I have brought numerous devices from ChargeASAP. My original purchase was their magnetic charging cables. These arrived but unfortunately the magnets are not strong enough to hold the cable in reliably in my car and so I abandoned the system. Recently I purchased a FlashPro and a Zeus charger. Both are good but not perfect. Both arrived on schedule (and both were purchased on crowdfunding sites). The FlashPro's weaknesses are in its wireless charging - I get low throughput to both my phone and my watch. The phone issue is that it will not sit flat due to the camera bulge. Since this is a new "feature" on the iPhone, which appeared after the FlashPro was designed I am fine with it. The original FlashPro has a soft cup for the Apple Watch which matched the back. The delivered version has a flat panel. The watch is held in place but charges very slowly. I still find it useful for when I do not have an Apple Watch charger handy.

Bought the Omega 100W and 200W previously and now the Zeus 270W from Chargeasap. Very happy with the well designed products and considerate details they put into these chargers. For example, wattage table and different wattage for each port printed on the units. The ease to change the plug to different countries. It's a great accessory to have for travelers, techies and/or people that just needed to charge everything at once.
