a charger purchased 1 years ago that cost $200 is now discontinued and has no spares i broke an adapter esterna an now i cannot use it. I will never buy from they again. do not offer long term support

2 of the ports stopped working after 13 months from delivery date. I was told by customer service that warranty is only 12 months and only thing they can offer is 30% off for next purchase which I haven't recieved. For that price I'd expect bit more considering I only used it whilst on holiday or to charge drone/gopro batteries which wasn'tthat often. When I commented about this under their post on instagram my comment got deleted! I posted the same review on chargeasap website but apparently they not allowing anything lower they 4 stars to be posted because it's not there.

Supported them on Kickstarter and out of 3 chargers 2 of them died on of them was replaced by warranty worked a year 11 months another one 12 months and 1 year 10 days, so had to just throw it away, infinity cabled are even more awful tip hating like a hell, the new ones with screen killed my expensive laptop, last charger still lasts but I afraid to use it too much… So safe money and don’t buy anything from them, and don’t support any of their ideas on Kickstarter if you don’t want be get conned

Do not buy any products from Chargeasap - it's a scam. I bought a travel adapter that failed with an electrical fault exposing the 240v terminals. They acknowledged the fault and said they would replace but were “out of stock”. I followed up 2 months later, this is their response: “We completely understand the urgency of receiving a replacement travel adapter, and we genuinely wish we could fulfill your request right away. After consulting with our management and manufacturing partner, we regret to inform you that the production of the travel adapter for the Zeus 270W has been discontinued. As stated in the FAQs section of our campaign page, replacements for discontinued products cannot be issued.” Under the Fairtrading they need to issue a replacement or a refund and have refused.

I am extremely disappointed with Chargeasap's customer service and their unwillingness to honor their warranty. I purchased the Zeus 280W charger, which is still under warranty, but it stopped working and started emitting smoke, posing a serious safety hazard. Despite providing all requested information and patiently waiting for over a month, I have received nothing but vague responses and delays. It is clear that Chargeasap is more interested in selling their products than in supporting their customers when issues arise. I have been a loyal customer, having purchased multiple units, but this experience has left me feeling ignored and undervalued. I expected a prompt resolution, either through a replacement or a refund, but instead, I have been met with excuses and a lack of commitment to their warranty policy. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Chargeasap. Their after-sales support is severely lacking, and they do not stand by their products. Please read the other reviews as this is a consistent trend!!!!

I've been having issues with their Omega charger since when I received it. It's been already 6 months. Their process for exchanges is excruciatingly slow and exhausting and it is clearly aimed at having your (ex) customer drop the ball. While I understand that evidence is needed to justify the replacement of a unit, having me try THREE DIFFERENT CABLES, tips, and still not replacing the charger after sending all types of videos is just RIDICULOUS. Also, they charge you for every replacement item they send you, which I am pretty sure it is illegal in Europe.

Ive used chargeasap SOLEY since they launched their flagship powerbank in 2020. I now have 3 powerbanks and 2 zeus gang plugs. Ive dealt with customer care many times. Im writing this review because I can no longer speak highly of them. Ive accepted semi harsh customer support over the time but the reality is 3 of the 5 devices are broken in one way or another all after 18 months of purchase. Customer care are point blank about their 1 year policy. fair enough. but after spending well of a grand with them and never getting any compassion or support for repeated products (one issue was even a known issue and still nothing) I'm tired of them. I have no idea if there's other options, I went looking just now and then trust pilot came up and so I figured I would write a review. if they products didn't break they would be amazing. As a nomad for 5 years, I cant afford to travel with tech that doesn't do the job. All I needed from support was someone to listen. if they'd have offered me something for my 4 years of loyalty id have likely been a ravign fan for years.

As others mentioned, faulty products and horrible customer support. I got the OMEGA 200W Charger over the IndieGoGo. Then fulfilling the pledge took ages I think it was over a year longer than anticipated. But that was during peak Covid so fair enough. When they finally started shipping the ran out of the colour scheme I had pledged for (the blue one). Also fair enough. I wanted the device for its functionality first and the black one looks nice too. Also worked very well, for a couple of months. Then it broke. Had to jump to all kinds of hoops of their utterly horrendous support site that is designed to make it as hard as possible for you to get any kind of support. The first ticket was opened, they asked questions for clarification. I answered them. No reply. I asked them twice for an update and if there was anything missing. I never got a reply besides an automated replay that my ticket was closed. So I opened a second ticket. This time using all the information from the last time what was missing and opened it again. This time it worked. And I was told that I would get a replacement the moment they were done sending out all the devices that were still on backorder. (this was almost one year after they had started shipping and back then I was among the last people who got their pledge delivered. That shipping the "open orders" took almost an entire year. Then I had to pay extra to get my broken charger replaced, which is always great. But they said they would send a little gift as a sign of good will. So the new charger arrives and the first thing that happens is that the faceplate covering the ports of the charger falls right off the device. Oh and the cable... after I had to send them an extensive list of all the devices (with video) as proof that the broken charger was really broken was one with an apple connector. There was not one apple device in my list of tested hardware, so I have now a cable I cannot use, adding insult to injury. So the quality of the product is far below average and their customer support is horrible and as it seems outsourced to some kind of sweatshop... P.S. One year later: I was told by the last mail I received from their support team that I would be contacted once the replacement hardware was ready. I am still waiting. I did not answer the message from Chargeasap below this review to see what happens to a "normal" customer and this is the answer... In case that a representative here reads this I just opened a new case with your support team regarding the request with the number: 50134. And I would still love to get an adequate replacement.
