Certapet's customer service is prompt and very courteous and that's when they're not getting your business! I didn't find I needed to certify my pet after all, but they were extremely quick to refund my money to me when I decided not to go through with the rest of the questionnaire, and if I have this need in the future, I will definitely call on them. I was able to register my animal easily and quickly and was able to get my letter approved before 48 hours and had option to print it out, and it was not too expensive. I was able to get the Pet ID, for good price. I am very happy for how quickly and efficient everything was to the consultation with the Doctor and answering the questions I had. Totally recommend using this website to get your animal registered for emotional support animal.
