I had a great and seamless experience with Certapet. I had my doubts paying $150 for a form that I wasn’t sure if it was real but I took my chance. After my application, I got an email from a certified therapist to schedule a consultation.She asked me questions around my disorder, how my pet is helping me with that and even gave me alternative ways to manage it. She was very professional and efficient. I received an email copy the same day of the call and a hard copy 2 data later. I would recommend CertaPet to my friends and family

It'c completely a scam. There can be hundreds of dollars in extra fees. Stay far away from this company!

Well I found certapet just scrolling through Pinterest, through it'd be interesting to look through. They did lie saying that the letters were only a dollar but it was fine. I paid $149 to receive a housing letter. I then took an exam where I described my treatments with my mental health and what kind of problems I suffer with. Shortly after I got a call from a licensed therapist who really dug and gave me permission. I still haven't got my letter but I'm sure I will.

I have had a great experience with Certapet! They are the first ESA company I have went with, and I am happy with my choice. After doing a lot of research I decided to go with Certapet. My licensed therapist is Haley N. and she has helped me a lot with information regarding the Fair Housing Act, and Traveling Act. Though, you do have to talk on the phone (not a long period) which can be difficult for me, but she is easy to talk to. I am moving to college and I want to bring my now official ESA dog, though I ran into trouble with the apartment manager asking for information that is not legal. She helped me get through it, and at the end the manager has accepted me.

Certapet has an easy to use website and wonderful therapists. You can even save money by referring a friend! I highly recommend this website for anyone needing to certify their emotional support animal.

SCAMMERS Stay away. You have to pay for your letter, obviously, but what they don't tell you is you have to pay $50 for each airline form that your therapist fills out. If you fly multiple airlines, that could add up to be additional HUNDREDS of dollars. Go with another service. Seriously.

This experience has been awful. I was recommended a service animal by my therapist but she was unable to write a letter so I used this service to register my dog. Amanda Williams has been an awful therapist provided through the site. She lacks any sort of customer service skills and lied to and took advantage of me and my money. I was told I could upload 3 additional forms for one price. The website only allowed one page to upload and when I reached out for help I was told a team member would contact me but she was unaware of how to work the website. I waited with no response. I reached out again a few months later after not having heard anything and was told I would have to pay again and there was nothing she could do, even though this problem was all due to the site and lack of team follow up. I then asked a supervisor to contact me and have been waiting about 3-4 days now to hear from anyone and still haven’t. I would highly advise everyone to stay away from this site and especially from Amanda Williams.

Company will lie and cheat you. They love to offer thing like gift cards and promo codes for honest paws, but its all fake. They offer stuff but you will never receive it beware. Scammers
