Well I've been certified with you all for the last couple of years and have had really great experience it's been really quick and outstanding got my letter right away but I've had to come up for a renewal and I've paid my fee answered my questions and I haven't heard back from anyone so I don't understand what's going on

The therapist was wonderful! The issue I have is with PTSD and the letter I need is they are unable to write the letter for Canadian Citizens, yet the therapist and I both live in Canada yet she is unable to write the physiatrist support letter which makes no sense!

The process to get certified was straightforward and simple. However, I wasn't told when I began the process on February 25 that the Department of Transportation had disallowed emotional support animals on February 1. So I had to scramble to squeeze my dog into a kennel to board my American Airlines flight. WestJet still accepts ESAs with 48 hours notice and several forms to be filled out.

I'm not leaving a very positive review because I haven't been contacted by my assigned person. Their responses have been prompt.

While I got what I needed, I was belittled and had quite wild accusations leveled at me by the provider who did my screening. There was absolutely nothing therapeutic about the way he handled the conversation. He accused me of drug diverting, being addicted to alcohol and prescription medication—because I answered honestly that I do drink excessively (4+ standard drinks in 24 hours) approximately four times a year. I am appalled by this as a healthcare provider and as a patient/client. Even if these accusations were true, the way he addressed them was not productive in any way/shape/form. When I was asked for my feedback I recommended that the practitioner take a course on therapeutic communication. I’m told the clinical director is “handling it”— I have no idea what that entails. Next time I will likely utilize a different company, particularly if this provider remains assigned to me.

Karoline was super helpful - however the only reason I needed to contact her was because the website offered no guidance or direction on how to delete your account. All that is offered on the website about how to delete an account is some FAQ page that states something along the lines of, "to delete your account simply follow the directions provided by the website," but there are no directions given anywhere on the website...seems pretty scammy. The reason I wanted to delete my account is because they store your card info, which I understand is par for the course, but when I went to delete my card I found out you can't delete it. For whatever reason Karoline had to have someone delete it for me....all very weird for a legit company. Every other company's website I've used allows you to delete your card on your own.
