i am só glad I went through Certapet. I was about to give up after all the scams and lies I was put through time and time again. I found Certapet and thank god I now have my ESA letter and housing letter and it was so easy. I recommend them 100%.

What a ride! The first part of the process was extremely fast and efficient. After my session with my counselor, things appeared to slow down; I didn't receive my letter and I was worried. However, I soon realized that I was having computer/web issues. I contacted CertaPet (probably more than I needed to) and within hours, I was up and running, found my letter (which had posted 4 days earlier), and am expecting the original copy in the mail this week. If you have an issue, contact them. They cannot fix issues they are unaware of. The reps that assisted me were courteous, professional, and PATIENT! "o) My letter was accepted by my landlord, and I'm feeling empowered.

I highly recommend certapet because ever since I got my ESA letter I can have my best friend with me all the time wherever I go, I called not to long ago and Fabiola one of the members the works there helped me about my situation since I had a lot of questions they're very understanding and helpful a lot of people should choose this!!!!!!

I was definitely skeptical about getting an ESA letter online, but as someone without health insurance I thought it would be worth a try. It was a smooth and easy process, and it's actually legit. I just got back from a vacation with my pup and it couldn't have gone smoother. It was super easy to deal with the airlines and all the documents are 100% legit. I haven't had any issues at all, and you actually speak with a doctor on the phone who does your letter. I would totally recommend using certapet if you need an ESA and don't have access to seeing a doctor in person.

Dr. Ann Brown was thorough but sensitive. She provided me with information regarding the use of the documents with my Landlord and Airline.
