The initial process was thorough and the assigned therapist was wonderful. Also, I love that there is a monthly option to pay my ESA Certificate! After many months of dutifully paying for my ESA Certificate, I unexpectedly lost my job and reached out to a representative, Fabiola, to see if there was any deferment option until I'm back on my feet. Without any hesitation or question, Fabiola understood that these things happen and was able to assist. As I have since day 1, I will continue to refer everyone to CertaPet. My entire experience has been exceptional.

Excellent company to deal with. Counselors are top rate and go way beyond just helping you get your Esa documentation. Customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend this company for your ESA and counseling needs.

As soon as I told Certapet about my need for an emotional support dog, they were & still are very compassionate about.helping me with an ESA letter. I informed.them about having to get the letter on July 17 due to my budget & they NEVER pressured.me for money now They have been so nice.& They just genuinely.care An Emotional Support Dog is a GREAT calming & reassuring companion that will alleviate depression & anxiety
