Certapet is the worst company my husband and I have ever dealt with. We pre-paid for the letter and was told he would get a call in 48 hours. A couple days went by and nothing. We called and they said Deborah Foley would be contacting my husband soon. We waited a couple more days and nothing. We called again and was told we could get a call from her as she was still finishing paper work. A week went by and nothing. My husband called the company and asked for a refund. They said they could only refund some of our money and we would have to contact the therapist (Deborah Foley) to get the rest. My husband has tried to contact her all week and nothing. We finally got ahold of her and she told him and I quote “can’t help you with that” and hung up the phone on him. This business they are running is a crap show and we will be calling corporate on Tuesday. As far as Deborah Foley goes she is rude, unprofessional and crude. She does not deserve a license if she’s going to treat people like that. My husband called another company “Us service animals” and got approved for the letter with letter in hand in 6 hours. In 6 hours he has the letter and was ready to get the dog vs 3 weeks It took for Ms. Foley to ignore him. How can you be a mental health therapist and then treat people like crap. Unacceptable.

I have used Cert Pet for my emotional support dog to fly with me for several years. I have never had an airline ask questions.

My experience is Certapet is responsive with excellent customer service representatives and goes above and beyond to communicate with customers. I am in the customer service business and appreciate the same attentiveness we offer our customers.

I have been using CertaPet for a few years now. It has helped me to better cope with the stresses of travel with my companion dog. The people and the Therapists have always been friendly, upbeat and quick to respond to me. I highly recommend CertaPet, I will be with them for many more years :) Jackie W

This is such a thoughtful and thorough service that I could not have found at a better time. Now I can feel comfortable knowing that my cat companion will always be able to move with us and continue to support me in my daily routine. Awesome Service! And this is the real deal. Ms. Prairie Completely helped me with the managing the rules regarding my dog with my new apartment. And I can honestly say my little dog is my family. And sometimes he’s better than the real family. Certa pro gets it.

I did a lot of research before I decided where to get an ESA letter because I didn't want to end up being scammed. I decided to go with Certapet and I was not disappointed! I was assigned a therapist very quickly and she reached out to me and I got to schedule something literally the next day. She was so kind and understanding throughout the entire process and I had my letter within the hour that we had hung up the phone for our consultation. The letter was accepted, no questions asked by my apartment complex and I'm very excited to be able to take my cat where ever I decide to live with no hassles. If you're trying to figure out where to get an ESA letter from, this is it!! You will not be disappointed, Certapet is quick, efficient but also has amazing service. My one and only complaint (and it isn't really a complaint) would be that I signed up for the $14.99 a month payment plan when I couldn't afford to pay for it all at once and now I do have the money, I'd like to pay the balance so I don't have to worry about it anymore but this is not possible so I'm stuck paying $14.99 a month for a year. But still Certapet is an amazing company and provided exactly what they promised.
