I highly recommend Certapet for your ESA letter and mental health professionals. They are very nice and caring people. Don’t look further. I now can be with my dog and not feel lonely as I was. Also I can travel with him by plain and hug him. He cheers me up and make me laugh in my most down moments. With him I forget about My stress anxiety and confusion. I talk to Deborah from Certapet and she was so nice to me and explained to me there is always a way. Thank you Deborah for listening to me even I was really sad and down today.

Certapet was very helpful, responsive and easy to work with. I was worried about using online because of all the things I heard when looking it to doing this online. I found some information that said make use whoever you use has a location and you can reach them. I saw that certapet had a local establishment and phone number. I continued to look into them reached out and was pleased at the fast informal responses. Once I completed everything I was surprised that I was actually assigned to a therapist who I spoke to on the phone and received more information from. This made me feel much better knowing someone actually looked over my case and spoke to me personally. The Dr also gave me information and her contact if my apartment management had any questions about the letter. I would definitely recommend them to others who are unsure!

CertaPet is great!! I opted into the monthly esa housing and travel plan and they have been amazing with it. I received a call from the certified therapist the day after I took the test and then I recieved my letters 2 days after being approved. I've missed a couple payments due to money being tight in the past couple months but they have been very helpful with my esa letters. I had thought I missed the deadline and my letters had been void but when I contacted customer support I was able to make my payment. My letters were still thankfully active. Amazing customer support, amazing therapist. Everything has been so easy and everyone has been so polite and professional. I haven't ran into any issues with my letters not being accepted in terms of living space or travel. 10/10 would (and have) recommend!
