I have now reached out to their customer service more times than I can count. They charged almost $200 & when the first therapist assigned had no availability to speak, she failed to get me reassigned to someone who had more than just one time slot open. I’ve explained this 5+ to Customerservice to receive the exact same response that doesn’t answer my problem.

These are all about making money. It is a route to make pets esa's so selfish people can use a loophole in the law to take their pets with them. It hurts those with real need because these are often untrained sometimes in the most basic behavior. Why is it ok for your dog to potty and you not clean it up and you not be able to control your pet. Yes it is a pet not an esa. Tge questionaire is a joke. . It is not all about you! Selfish self centered people. Thr government needs to crack down on such sites that skirt the law for profit. Someone with real allergies or real animal phobias have to be inconvenienced because their real issue has to take a back seat to these selfish individuals.

Certapet was very professional and very fast in getting my pet approved and the mental health professional was also very helpful. Thanks for getting me and my dog approved. Now I can live peacefully with her and no one can deny her because of her breed. My 66 lb American Staffordshire terrier is a big baby and has a calming affect on me.
