They are organized and efficient
They are organized and efficient in helping their clients. I have had the initial certification letter for my pup to travel with me as an ESA dog since last year. They are great and very helpful.

We coordinate with a national network of licensed mental health professionals to evaluate the need for Emotional Support Animals to support the mental health of the individuals. We are not a "rubber stamp" and are committed to only recommending Emotional Support Animals where there is an actual need. Certa Pet is an exceptional company who's whole being is to assist you with having your pet with you for support. They're the only legal site to go through for this to keep your support animal by your side. Knowledgeable and friendly. Give em a try !

There seem to be mixed reviews concerning certapet. I'm here to tell you that I had a great experience with them. I believe not everyone gets approved for the esa letter by the therapist that certapet finds for you because you have to meet the criteria. I live in California and they matched me with a therapist in California that works with certapet through her own private practice. She called me and we had a 10 minute conversation about some things that were in my questionnaire (which is filled out through certapet) and determined that I would be a good fit. I then recieved an email with the letter I needed and my landlord approved it. (They also mail you a physical letter) I called probably 10 different therapists in my area and none of them provide esa letters. My own personal therapist(before going through certapet) doesn't write them for clients either which led me to my online search. Again all I can say is certapet worked for me and I hope it works for you!!

Couldn't get my fur baby into vet for days. No way was I satisfied with letting him suffer until then. I contacted you can got the answers I needed to care for my Maxi. As a matter of fact, he was completely back to normal by the time his appt was with vet. So cancelled it. I really appreciate the help.

Raquel was so kind and helpful! I haven't yet used my travel form, but I did receive an email an email from Delta that it was approved.

It’s a scam. The letter comes from a doctor out of state and it will not be accepted by your landlord. Email and called for a refund to no response. Waste of $130

The article concerning savannahs, sponsored by Certapet, is discriminatory, wrong; and was not a objective article since the author continue to share her negative impression of this breed. She also acts as if there are a thousand shelters in which have savannahs! Ya.... Okay.. So if I want to certify one of my savannahs, you would not?! If you breed bash, at least have someone that actually owns one to write a article! To Ceripet, My savannah, would lay with me for hours when I was suffering from extremely bad chronic pain and purr. Currently, I own six savannah and savannah mixes. None are more aggressive than your regular tabby. I even have a F2 whom is the sweetest cat ever. She even walks on a leash. I also have a rescue that is terrified of people. When you write lies AR people believe you. Several told me to drop my previous abused savannah mix to a wild cat sanctuary, which I SAVED FROM A BAD SITUATION! Savannahs are a great deal of work. They are athletic, energetic, curious and extremely intelligent. They make messes! They are not an accessory or should be gotten as a status symbol, or for looks. But they are no more work than owning a dog. This is not an objective article as you act as if they are like wild aggressive monsters. Which is how I know the author is a animal right fanatic and is just regurgitating the opinions of Carole Baskin. If ANY savannahs are taken to shelters they are usually pulled by rescue. As many savannah breeders also rescue and use their own resources and money and rehome them. I would like to see some type of proof of how many savannahs are euthanized in shelters. There are now many households that own savannahs and love them. I would encourage to actually research savannahs in a non bias way.

Thank you for your comment we'll talk to the writer but a lot of savannah cats are abandoned because as a hybrid breed they can be a lot of work and people do not understand the effort that goes behind owning one. We want to educate the public beforehand. While you may live in a state where they are legal to own, there are many states where it is illegal to own a Savannah. Please be more than welcome to contact us directly for any further questions or concerns.

Totally incompetent and unprofessional. We submitted a request on 23rd September with a confirmation saying we would receive a referral to finalize with 24-48 hours. Heard nothing for a week. Literally a week. We called back today, September 30th informing us they are unable to match us because everyone is out of office. Don't suppose all the professionals all decided to call in sick - they could have let us know within the 24-48 hours promised and we could have made alternative arrangements, but they thought they would just take our money and leave us in the dark. Go with someone else - don't bother with these quacks.
