CertaPet has been remarkable. My physician could not write the needed letter. He said it had to come from a mental health professional. Since my trip is right away, I needed to get in quickly to a psychologist or Licensed Therapist. I rapidly found out that was going to be impossible. Since I have been on medication for years, and have moved from my home state, I was getting frantic to find a qualified professional in time for me to take my trip. This organization made it possible to access the needed ESA letter. Thank you, CertaPet.

"Dogs are not your whole life but they make your life whole." My dogs mean everything to me and have enabled getting through difficult times in my life. Although I had a note from my doctor who knows me quite well, I sought out Certapet for additional support. I filled out a very lengthy questionnaire and was matched with Haley. We had a conference and she attested what I already knew: that -- based on my personal issues -- I was more than qualified for an ESA letter. My dogs are my loving companions. The therapist I spoke with was thoughtful and considerate. She explained to me that I would be under her care for the next year, and made me feel comfortable talking about my personal struggles. She then drafted a letter quickly for my ESA. She accidentally forgot the letterhead, but I didn't even have time to notice because the staff at certapet flagged the error for the therapist and sent me an updated draft before it could present a problem for me. This service gets no stars! After reading raving reviews I paid for it 2 weeks ago and was informed by various emails 1-2 business days to get a professional to interview with me, after filling put preliminary questionnaire, so I could get a letter for my dog to travel with me as an emotional support dog. The last email I received was to let me know that there was no way of knowing when one would be in touch due to Canadian traffic was busy. I have to travel in 2 weeks and have booked flight already. Now during my very busy schedule before leaving I have to find a local professional to get me a letter in time! I do not recommend that anyone buys into this. I only hope I get my money back!
