I do not recommend CertaPet . They offer full refunds for denial . I was denied ILLEGALLY for breed restriction . My therapist told me that although I do qualify , unfortunately they have policies for approving smug nose dogs . ( billy breeds) and told me that airlines have changed their policies for allowing these dogs on a aircraft AT ALL . ( this is not true as I fly with my French bulldog regularly as a PET . ) . It is also against the law to deny a ESA for breed restrictions . Now I am trying to be refunded for my denial and I am not having any luck. Thanks CertaPet .

If you are in need of ESA certification for your kids, I highly recommend you speaking with CertaPets. They have helped me with my two little girls. They will talk with you, get to know you and your pets and will do everything they can to assist you with your needs. I love my counselor because she listens and truly cares about me. I couldn't have gone through this process with anyone else. Give them the opportunity. I don't think you will be disappointed. Keep up the wonderful job CertaPet. We love you.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone is so helpful and makes this process stress free I need to travel with my ESA. I never have to worry. If there is an issue I text my dr or call customer service and it’s resolved immediately. I can’t say enough good things about Certa pet. I travel with my dog and never get hassled by airlines. Once I submit my paperwork to airlines the process is easy.

I'm not sure what type of review to give. At this time my certificate was never mailed out. It was supposed to be mailed out by 3/18 and I emailed them and they said they will mail it again with a new tracking #. Sounds very odd. After reading the other bad reviews since I'm pretty much having the same issue I'm thinking of getting reimbursed. Something does not sound right. Also I dont understand why there is extra forms to be filled for traveling and they are not just completed with the package. On the reviews there will be extra fees for that. I hope that's not the case

CertaPet doesn't deserve one star. I have been trying to get a letter since 2/5/2020. Now it's 3/19/2020. I have started their assessment 3 times and have been bumped off each time. Somewhere around the middle, it goes from the assessment to the home page. I have emailed numerous times and not gotten good information. Today, I think I got reimbursed. Adrian said he did it. I got a refund receipt from CertaPet, my bank has no record of it...yet. If this doesn't happen in 7-10 business days, the bank will contact them for fraud. They claim this is all my fault. The ironic thing? I need an ESA dog certified and they have caused me so much additional stress, it's ridiculous. They weren't exactly nice about it either. I would not deal with a company like this. Reddit says they are a scam. I believe it!!!
