CertaPet has been great. No pressure to buy their products as your letter is sufficient. Customer service is amazing. I have been with CertaPet since 2016 and have found them to be professional and extremely efficient.

I was disappointed with the therapist asigned to me. In the beginning everything was ok, I answer the questions and purchase the ESA letter but required the payment first which I paid $179.99. CertaPet told me in email that a therapist will email me to schedule the time of her call & I have to pay $40 for her service which I did pay but I'm not available on the 2 options of the time she's giving me because I'm at work on those times. I suggested a time that I'm available but she said that she's not available. She said her earliest time available is 1 pm (it will take 20- 30 mins) then I said in email ok you can call me but I'm not sure if I have 30 minutes to talk to her. She said in her email response that if I'm not available for 30 minutes to talk on the phone that my case will be close. So I called the Certapet that I'm cancelling my order & I want my refund but the customer service that I talk to said I will get my refund for the ESA letter that I purchase but he forgot to mention that it's only partial and I will not get my $40 that I paid for the therapist service even though no service yet. I email she therapist & told her that I cancel my ESA letter purchase and I would like a refund $40 that I paid her since no service rendered yet. I check my credit card that I use to pay for the ESA letter purchase and I only got $42 dollars refund for the $179.99 ( no letter yet) that I paid but I got the $40 that I paid for the therapist service. I was shock so I called again Certapet and Luis Casillas is nice enough to give me my refund of $144.99 because I was really upset. Even though it is less than the $179.99, it's still better than $42. I will not see my refund not after 7-10 business day. What their doing is not fair. Now my doctor is going to write me the ESA letter and I don't have to worry if it's valid or not. People shoild be careful in purchasing ESA letter online because there are a lot of scam out there.

Hidden big fees, additional form is $50 each.

I would love to give this 5-stars but I have filled out my assessment forms 4 times and can't submit it! Get to the very end of the assessment and the "submit" button has a red circle with a line through it. I have spoken to two young men and each one tells me to make sure I have everything filled in, which I did and redo the whole assessment. I still haven't gotten it to work and the last young man said that this has never happened to anyone and there was nothing he could do except return my money. I don't want my money refunded if I could get the ESA letter. I tried to get in touch with Julie via e-mail but haven't heard back from her. If there is anyone reading this review that may have a solution to this problem, could you please leave a message/remark. I am using google Chrome.

I would like to personally compliment CertaPet, particularly Fabiola and her commitment to customer service. I was notified by my apartment complex that my dog was a restricted breed. I went to my Doctor to obtain an ESA letter which would have been $200 and I wouldn't have been able to obtain it without proof of training (which to my understanding is not required for ESA although some courts have differed in legal cases) nonetheless, Fabiola was able to help me expedite the process due to the emergency of the situation. It seemed like my doctor's office was more worried about liability than helping its patient. Thank you so much Fabiola. Considering the kind, expedient help I received from Fabiola (and Adrian at CertaPet, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention him) I would actually pay extra for expedited products considering the service I received today. CertaPet might want to consider offering that option.

Very irresponsible with the client after paying the fee. They totally don’t even care if you have a special request. I have a special request to fill the form for my Alaska flight and it’s taking too long and they can’t process. I would not use this agent at all.
