I enjoyed my conversation was Susan Kapas, LCPC today. We have a follow-up phone call on Saturday at 1 pm CST concerning the ESA letter I need for my residence.

I'm not leaving a very positive review because I haven't been contacted by my assigned person. Their responses have been prompt.

Rip off! Will distort money from you later. The Airlines do not accept these letters they have there own forms that need to be filled out and submitted. There is a extra fee for that outside of the letter that certa pet claims to work.🙄 Save your dollars!

Excellent service and I was matched to a great therapist. I was able to schedule the phone interview with the therapist within two days and I received my ESA letter the same day via email. I will definitely be renewing when this expires.
