Certapet makes the process of obtaining an Emotional Support Pet certification as easy as possible. I went online and completed their assessment. That was painful because if really delves into your background and issues. I had some questions that I asked through their online chat. Then I had some questions and called their number to speak with someone. I was called back within a few minutes after I left my message. I had an issue with trying to upload the customized form that the airline required so I emailed them the form. Their tech person was able to make the form uploadable. I uploaded that form and even though it says they will complete it within 2 days I got the form back in a few hours. All in all, their response time is terrific. Prior to starting this process, I fretted about it. Certapet and their team made the process as easy and painless as possible.
