Silvia Sabaini May 8, 2020, 6:52:27 PM EDT My experience with CertaPet could not have been smoother. The initial screening was quick and easy Communication was caring and responsive throughout the process. It is difficult to talk about deeply personal issues, especially with a "stranger" by phone. But the therapist who contacted me, Prairie Conoly, made the process easier. I strongly recommend CertaPet to anyone who wants to be able to be able to keep their special pet with them especially under stressful situations.

CertaPet made the process easy! The questionnaire was detailed and within a day, I talked to a psychologist over the phone. She even sent me extra resources to help with some of the reasons I need a support animal. I definitely recommend this company!

I loved my therapist that Certapet contracted for me thru their website!! My emotional support animal ( small 6 lb dog) has been allowed to fly on the plane with me!! The Certapet system walks you through what to do to get the certificate and helps to complete the forms for each airline, as needed!! Thanks you to the wonderful staff at Certapet- I would have not thought the process could be so easy- especially because I suffer from acute anxiety and was nervous to seek help!!

Allowed me to live with my dog (rat terrier) for free in my apartments and fly with her on frontier and American Airlines no problem.
