CertapetReviews of certapet.com

Certapet sets the bar for service, caring, and quick help. I had received an eviction notice due to my two senior dogs (one is 15 years of age) when my apartment complex acquired new ownership. I was preparing to live in my car with them, but Certapet saved me. They were there to help me every step of the way, and after presenting my ESA documents to my management office, my eviction was retracted! I cannot praise and thank Certapet enough! I absolutely recommend Certapet to everyone!

I was recommended to certapet by a friend because I have two cats who I love dearly and are for my emotional support. To make a long story short the apartment building I live in was making it near impossible for me to keep my pets. I started the process with certapet and every step of the way they were very kind, professional, and prompt. I had a medical situation in my family and I had to ask for a refund in the end and was promptly given that refund no questions. If I ever need this service in the future certapet is who I will reach out to. I will recommend certapet to everyone. Thanks again for your great service!

So far so good! Customer service is prompt.

Very helpful and friendly - they know what they are talking about!

Customer Service is fast and efficient. I had a great experienced. Accidentally charged myself for the Housing letter + travel, and they refunded me that and downgraded me to the one I wanted. The funds will take 10 days to return, but that was fine with me. Speedy and efficient, funny, and caring. Great experience.

These guys are misleading their customers! They do charge you almost double compared to the other providers. And if you are like me, I always do go with a bit more expensive one to get a better service and that's what I did!! Nowhere on their website says, you need additional forms for travel & housing- apparently, the ESA letter is not enough! But you learn this after you get approved and pay fully! They charge you an extra $49.99 for an additional form that the airline and/or your landlord requests, which apparently is always the case! So I am giving you the details here just so you know what to expect: AIRLINE TRAVEL When you want to fly with your ESA you have to let the airline know at the time you book your flight that you're traveling with an ESA. All airlines, with the exception of Southwest, require three additional forms. The first is a form that your Veterinarian has to fill out, the second is a Behavior form that you have to fill out. The third is a Medical/Mental Health Provider form that the psychiatrist has to fill out. The Medical/Mental Health Provider form has to be uploaded to your Certapet account. There is an additional fee of $49.99 for that form. HOUSING FORMS Additional housing forms that may be required by a landlord or housing complex need to be uploaded to your Certapet account. There is an additional fee of $49.99 for that form. Their customer service is pretty quick and responsive, yes! The psychiatrist that I spoke with was super nice, yes! But the fact that this was nowhere stated on their website is very fishy. So go with this service if you are willing to pay for these extra services. Otherwise, go with the other providers.

My experience was easy and quick.

The customer service team is extremely responsive at Certapet and I had a reply to my question waiting in my inbox the next time I checked my phone. The online process prior to the consultation is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. You can even upload a pic of your lovable pet for the therapist to see!
