Very easy and exciting experience. I was easily approved for two ESAs since I was able to show I am already diagnosed with multiple mental health conditions that I receive treatment for. This company connects you with a licensed therapist who provides you with a legitimate letter that your landlord must accept. My landlord accepted my letters with no issues :)

I've been a client with Certapet for 3 years now, and the process is incredibly straightforward and streamlined. The customer service is excellent, and the staff respond to all email questions quickly and clearly. I was especially pleased to receive a follow-up email a couple days after submitting a question, making sure that my questions had been answered. Certapet is an amazing service! I needed help getting my new dog ESA certified because of constant panic attacks while driving and flying. I had noticed that since having little Mia they seem to be much less. Once I took the initial survey the therapist quickly called me and was so helpful not only in helping get Mia certified but also with alternative ideas and therapies to help with my panic attacks. After two years of having Certapet on our side Mia and I can now successfully navigate all travel situations and I have the confidence to drive again. I don't know what we would have done with out this service! Also their customer service is amazing, they are always so responsive understanding and helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bella at CertaPet went above and beyond in helping me get my ESA. Even after my consultation and official letter, my landlord made this process hellish to get an animal permitted on the premises. After nearly a month of back and forth, my furry companion is finally coming home tomorrow!
