CertaPet is one of those companies that unfortunately are rare these days in that they not only do what they say but they go above and beyond meeting expectations and at the same time are very responsive in all communications and for customer support. This is my second year and they continue to provide premium service.

DON’T DO IT!! All the positive reviews will change once these people realize they’ve been scammed when their document turns out to be fraudulent. No valid license for the “therapist” in my state. Upon asking for proof, she only stated “trust me, I’m licensed” and never provided any documentation or a license. After being evicted for a fraudulent ESA letter, Certapet hangs up and won’t respond to requests for a refund. Go to an actual therapist. This is a scam!
