Not clear rules and pricing. During the process they were asking for extra payments if I do not have my pet yet. Do we need ESA letter to have dog in the apartment or should we get a dog illegally at first and then ask our landlord for permission to have it? I followed CertaPet’s customer service instructions of how to avoid this charge and received an ESA letter that states that I currently have a dog illegally without permission.

Horrible experience. Incorrectly charged for services. No accommodations. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful- will let you know if we get our refund.

I needed a travel letter for my ESA and needed a 24 hour turn around. They were wonderful and worked hard to find me a therapist that could accommodate my short notice request. My therapist was excellent and sent me coping methods that could help as well.
