CERTAPET is amazing. The therapist they provided was kind, understanding, and beyond helpful. She not only certified our dog, but also offered some very useful links to help me understand and manage my disorder. I am eternally grateful for the service CERTAPET provides.

This company charges you incorrectly and tries to make you pay for every single request. You initially pay 149.00 which they make you think covers everything. WRONG. The entire company and their therapists are extremely unprofessional. I would not reccomend them to anyone. Go see an ACTUAL therapist and get things taken care of. Therapists that have legit credentials who are not hiding behind a computer screen. They still have roughly 150.00 of mine that needs to be refunded. I have been beyond patient with this company and gotten nowhere. If you truly requrire a companian animal, do it throgh another source. This is a money pit, like buying a bad car.

I had a rough start but it was more the way I read the application. CertaPet's staff took care of everything to make things right. Also the one thing I'll give them over not just this situation but with any service they get back to you asap no matter what the issue and that's not the case with a lot of businesses so kudos to CertaPet to assist with issues and get back to check if rectified.

First of all they charge $149.99 up front. The Therapist stated that she was "not going to lie for me to get out of paying the deposit to have my dog"! In the process of me trying to explain to her my situation, I was hung up on. I called her back(caller ID), left a voice message requesting her to call me back because I was "somehow disconnected" but she never returned my call. I did contact them back via echat just to get a refund and I am awaiting this to go through. Just disappointed in the service.. Just go through your own therapist if you have one and if you dont then get yourself one; you will need it after an experience like mine.

I was extremely skeptical about getting an ESA letter all online, but decided I’d give it a try since I was running short on time before my move and I needed to be able to bring my pet with me. The application was detailed and thorough, which I appreciated as it shows they are taking it seriously. I was able to speak with a mental health professional just hours after turning in my application and was approved and emailed my ESA letter. All in 1 day. Couldn’t be happier with the service and help I received.

I’m so incredibly happy with Certapet. They made the process so easy and convenient. Another thing that I really appreciated is how fast everything happened. Everyone that I talked to was so kind and courteous. My sweet dog is asleep at my feet as I’m writing this. Thanks a ton Certapet

I have been with Certa Pet for several years. I have travelled extensively, & always needed special papers so my ESA dog could travel in cabin with me. Everyone at Certa Pet has always been terrific! I have dealt with different staff over the years, but it has always been a pleasant & stress-free experience. This year, I needed a Housing ESA Certificate for the first time. Again, everyone was awesome-pleasant,effective & considering the process, pretty fast! i would only have one suggestion-If we pay for the service, we shouldn't have to continue with extra fees for additional paperwork. I prefer a one-time, all inclusive fee. Tacking on $50.00 for every uploaded document is off-setting. But Certa Pet, in all, has met every need my ESA dog & I have had, & I will continue to work with them. Jo-Anna Silver-Sparta
