From the moment I contacted them they have been extremely professional most importantly their response time is really fast! They are totally legit and extremely helpful.

Enrollment was relatively easy and questionnaire was well-defined, however, I felt that potential customers are led into a fall sense that the Certapet letter will meet all of the needs of a traveller. I found this to not be the case. The airlines on which I travel most frequently (Air Canada and Westjet) refused to accept the Certapet letter alone; they require that their own medical forms be completed by the therapist and they require their own documentation to be completed by veterinarians (at the dog owner's expense). Certapet charges an additional $49.99 for each airline-acceptance form. My "investment" in ESA support more than doubled when factoring in the additional costs of therapist approvals and veterinary approvals. However, these out-of-left-field additional charges must be weighed against the benefits that the ESA provides and the value of one's health.

I was very worried about my apartment complex refusing to accept the ESA housing letter from Certapet because they had been implementing all kinds of new policies recently, but everything has gone perfectly! The same day I paid for my consultation and completed the online evaluation, I was able to schedule a call with a Licensed Social Worker to develop a treatment plan to suit my needs, which included the prescription of an ESA. I received my ESA housing letter within 12 hours of getting the process started. Customer service was also super helpful in answering additional questions I had. I will be super interested to see how renewal goes in a year, but for now I am extremely satisfied.

I had a really great experience with certa pet. It was easy to follow the process and the consultation. When I emailed the customer service department, Zoreyna got back to me right away and was very helpful. My assigned therapist was amazing and really nice, Amanda Williams. Due to the COVID pandemic, I was pleasantly surprised at how prompt and quick everything got done. Would definitely recommend to other people. Thank you!

Great customer service! I really appreciated how willing they were to accommodate my communication needs. I am deaf and couldn't talk on the phone, so they communicated with me via email and videophone as per my request. :)

Certapet was so easy to work with. I am a Veteran with PTSD and my German Shepherd is my security blanket. I had no idea how hard life was without him. I made it 3 days until I threw in the towel and called to get him certified. It was so easy. The therapist was amazing and was a great listener. My case was rather uncomplicated as I already had the PTSD diagnosis from the VA, but she made sure it was a slam dunk!
