I’ve been a customer with CertaPet going on 2 years now. They are caring, professional and responsive. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern they have responded within the hour. It’s hard to find good customer service these days. I would recommend CertaPet to anyone looking for the kinds of services they offer.

The process to get certified was straightforward and simple. However, I wasn't told when I began the process on February 25 that the Department of Transportation had disallowed emotional support animals on February 1. So I had to scramble to squeeze my dog into a kennel to board my American Airlines flight. WestJet still accepts ESAs with 48 hours notice and several forms to be filled out.

Certapet was very supportive in helping me to get a letter with a therapist certified in both CT, where I own a home and in Florida, where my ability to purchase a condo and be able to have my dog live with me when I am there is compromised, due to their many restrictions. I was also able to get a license with her photo and a vest indicating she is my emotional support dog, so I am not questioned when walking her. I am very grateful.

I have not had any problems with the whole situation. Anyone I talked to were always pleasant and help was immediate. The psychiatrist was so kind that I took an immediate like to her. The only problem was that I didn’t the notice that the letters were on line for me to copy if I wanted. I found them by just looking around the site one day. I’m not sure if there is a notice sent and I just missed it? All in All I’m very happy with the whole situation. Thank You VIK🐥&WAGS🐶

Ive used certapet twice now and let me tell you their service is amazing. It is also authentic! The psychologist helped me out get two esa dogs and my apartment building were fine with the paper i submitted to them. Highly reccomend them!

If you get Jenny from field pansy...just do yourself a favour and ask to switch. Also I called the medical desk at Air Canada and she mentioned they won’t be accepting ESAs in the very near future anyway so save your money and just use the 199 USD they charge (plus 50$ fee for filling out additional documents) to pay for a pet seat.
