BE CAREFUL what you are going to pay for. I need a ESA certificate for my pet. I spent a lot of time on filling the long questionnaire, thinking about I will get a fair assessment by a professional therapist about my mental health. However, my therapist was not professional at all. She just called me and asked me if I have seen a therapist before, I said no, and she said then I’m not eligible. She didn’t give me a full refund because I need to pay for her 30 seconds phone call about asking me a question I answered in the questionnaire. I was supposed to pay for an assessment to determine I’m eligible for ESA or not, I didn’t get it. And her response was not professional at all. Also, the other thing I don’t like is, when we send email to set up a time for phone call, she didn’t respond to my email, and called me on the next day without scheduling. I was not able to talk at that time, and we schedule the next day. She didn’t call. I had to email her again to reschedule. She is just not responsible or professional. But I’m so disappointed with CertaPet and the therapist they found. I now applied in another website and got approved. It’s even cheaper. So do some research before you choose CertaPet, it’s not worth of your time or money.

The therapist I was assigned was equally as helpful and quick! I specifically needed an ESA housing letter, and it was approved by my apartment.

I would recommend Certapet to anyone who needs an ESA letter. The process was easy and everyone we talked to was very kind and understanding, from the lady who answered the phone when I first had questions, to the person who answered my other questions through chat, and especially the therapist who called and approved him. The whole process from the beginning to getting his ESA housing letter was only 5 days and it would have been shorter if we had finished his questionnaire sooner. We had a wonderful experience with Certapet and would highly recommend it.
