Be aware! They only give ESA letter to someone who already went to a doctor but didn’t get an ESA letter! If you haven’t seen a mental doctor already and got diagnosed with mental health problems, you can’t get an ESA letter. A doctor called me asking me why I didn’t go see a doctor. I said because I didn’t want to pay. She kept pressing for this question until she reached a conclusion that I didn’t went to a doctor because I think my symptoms are not serious. They won’t give you an ESA letter unless you already went to see a mental health professional and got diagnosed with having mental health problems. This is ridiculous.

Very polite and helpful staff with quick response time

I had them for a year for the ESA travel & it was alright. When it was time to renew, I paid. Not even a day goes by and they sent me an email saying that basically starting Jan 11, some airlines won’t accept ESA animals on board so I asked them if I could get a refund because that’s all I really needed this letter for. They gave me a partial refund because their “therapist” needed to get paid for her “work”! They literally did NOTHING for me except send an email trying to set up a time to talk with her. What a joke. So they get one star for being greedy

Zoreyna was really helpful. Unfortunately I won't able to use the ESA letter at a hotel we're staying in but I had already paid for it. I hadn't done the assessment needed nor talk to a therapist, I had just purchased the letter but because I wasn't going to be able to use it, I asked for a refund. No questions asked, Zoreyna issued the refund and was quick to respond to my emails. Thank you. I first requested the letter back in 2017(?) and the service was great too, the letter allowed my dog to live with me and stayed at hotels that are dog friendly.

Ver disappointed on this company. I thought that the price for the ESA letter was reasonable at first. I met with the therapist and got my letter eventually. I was traveling with Delta so when I contacted them to get the Delta form sign (checking 3 boxes, name of therapist, license info and signature), they charged me $49 for that. It shows how little they care, just another company taking advantage of the situation that you are in since at that point you are already trapped. Embarrassing.

This has been a wonderful experience. Perfect in every way. I was contacted by Luanne Rossi for the interview. A true professional. Luanne was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
