This is the best service if you need to have your animal certified as an Emotional Support Animal! It was thorough, fast, easy and very professional. I completed the Assessment on Monday and received my digital certification by email on Wednesday. My therapist was even available to answer any questions from me or my landlord. However, the certification letter, along with a copy of Bello’s Vaccination Records and a picture was all that was needed. Now I have no worries of fees or eviction. It is a great value for an invaluable service! Thank you, CertaPet!!

I felt the therapist I spoke to did not understand my situation. He spoke of doggie day care and me getting a roommate. Not sure what either of those had to do with my dog becoming an emotional support dog. I suggest using another ESA site. There are plenty of others to choose from

I was at a low point & reached out to CertaPet. The application process was straightforward & I was connected with a therapist very soon. She was wonderful and I was very happy & relieved to talk to her. She was very understanding...NON-judgemental...and easy to talk to.

This is a SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! The letter they provide you won't work on Canadian airlines and once you contact them about it, they ask for more money to fill out other forms. My therapist just said find another airline which isn't possible in Canada because we don't have as many options as the US. Also you need the therapist to be from the same province as you are and mine wasn't so even if I submitted the form it wouldn't be valid. This company should be ashamed of themselves taken advantage of people who are suffering from mental illness and anxiety, those are the worst kind of people. Go through your own doctor or find a therapist in your hometown. and don't waste your money, energy or mental health.
