Don't waste your money! You can't use this letter for Air Canada, Delta, Aeromexico and a bunch of others. Because they send you a signed letter they don't do refunds, even if the letter is useful. Even if the therapist approves the refund, they refuse to do so. The "professional" therapist takes like 5 min to review your case and then send you the letter, if she/he can give you mental health advice in 5 min, for sure is not professional and they are just approving ESA Letter for the money. Letter that most likely you won't be able to use for most of the airlines.

It couldn't have been quicker, more easy to follow, yet thorough! I was very impressed with the assessment and interview process. My best friend died two months ago, and his siblings are allergic to cats, so my boyfriend has been fostering her while I looked for the most accurate, legitimate, and legally binding ESA certification, as I am between mental health providers. They include an additional, free, personalized plan for your pet along with the letter, and make themselves very easy to get in touch with after the process if needed. It was a life saver for me, making sure I didn't have to adopt her out to strangers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
