Certapet services has always been there for me and my pet prince for my emotional well being. Because I travel a lot I need my dog to be with me at times when I can not sleep due to an emotional and psychological trauma. He is there with me when I am extremely frighten or distress in a hotel, home or a family member house to make sure that I can not hurt myself from an anxiety attack. Having Certapet services I can now travel again and stay in hotels, Motel and Holiday Inns. The service they offer is needed and they are honest about what they can offer.

I am so impressed by the professionalism and caring I experienced with this company. They are not just after money, my therapist made me feel cared for and even sent me resources for finding a local therapist specific to my condition. I appreciated that they state up front you may not qualify- ethical practices. I highly encourage using this company.

They took my money and wanted a review immediately. glad i didn’t fill out. Took too long too many questionnaires and i never spoken to DR. and decided this is a waste. I have called 3 times for refund and no one gets back to you!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! next is a complaint to BBB a and every where i can. Customer deserve a response!!!

Still waiting for therapist to contact me

I clearly mentioned that I need this to waive the pet deposit fee for my new place. The therapist assured me and yet nothing. I was approved since I am already diagnosed with a mental illness. I still have to pay the huge pet deposit. I wanted a refund at customer service but they wouldn't do it. Don't use this service.

The therapist that I spoke with was confrontational about the fact that I can't afford to see a therapist at the moment. She insisted that I contact my insurance company to inquire about coverage for a therapist but I already know that they pay nothing until my extremely high deductible is met. She also told me that since my anxiety seems to be under control "on this day" that I don't have a need for an ESA. She declined to issue me an ESA letter for these reasons. Isn't improvement of symptoms the objective? My dog was acquired for the purpose of helping with debilitating anxiety and it has been working well for 4 years. I no longer have a relationship with that provider but that doesn't mean that my mental health issues have vanished. I do what I need to do on any given day to mitigate symptoms and remain functional. I have seen a lot of therapist in my life but I have never felt so challenged and shamed and just beat up as I did today. Having mental health challenges is a constant struggle and often we cannot get the ideal health care due to problems with cost, access, etc. Since when did doing the best you can become a bad thing?
