I can't praise this company enough honestly. Not only did they initially provide an incredible service that was went quickly and smoothly, they also showed incredible kindness and compassion when I lost my pet as well. I truly commend this company for upholding its standard for fantastic customer service as well as providing an outstanding service. Thank you CertaPet for everything, I will continue to tell anyone and everyone about you folks. And when my heart can handle finding another fur-baby I will be happily getting my ESA letters again.

I'm moving back to Colorado in May from the UK and this requires a long haul flight for me and my therapy dog. As we've never had to fly before since I started having issues this was causing me so much anxiety which for me is already at crazy levels. My GP said she would write a note but I knew it wouldn't be in the format my airline needed. In the UK doctors categorize depression or anxiety just as "Low mood" which I think they think is supposed to help you sound less crazy but to my mind just makes it sound like I'm having a blue day and will get over it, it comes across as patronizing. When I got her note my heart sunk, it was so wishy washy and I knew the airline wouldn't accept it. Enter Certapet! Heartbroken and worried my move was now off, I googled around and read every review I could about the various services and worried they were all scams, it sounded too easy. I was still shaking as I did my pre-questionnaire worried that this wouldn't work either. Shipping my dog in the hold was not an option I'd never get through the flight worrying about him, I was already having nightmares on a nightly basis about various horror scenarios and I can't deal with flights alone as it is. I put in my card details, still feeling sick with nerves and worry - and filled out their more comprehensive questionnaire once my payment was taken. Within about an hour I had my email saying my letter had been approved and an E-copy attached. I cannot even begin to describe the pure RELIEF I felt. I have not tried using it yet but after calling and speaking to Norwegian airlines directly I've been assured that this letter and my dog's vaccination sheet and 48 hours notice so they can provide the space for us is absolutely all they need for us to take our adventure home. I'll more than likely spend the next 3 months worrying that some drama will happen at the airport, or some nasty passenger will object to him being with me, but that's the nature of my anxiety. I fixate on every possible nightmare scenario until I can't function, and my dog helps me so much with that and I have to really thank Certapet for providing me that relief I felt yesterday, it was wondrous. PLEASE use them if you need to, please do not be afraid to ask for the things that make your health and your day easier. It's OKAY not not be okay.

I have had issues in the past that qualifies me as being able to have an ESA. I just so happen to have a German Shepherd as well that is not allowed in any apartments or anywhere we were looking. My licensed professional was amazing! She listened was so prompt with response and in just 1 day I was accepted for my letter and it was shipped to me. I now have peace of mind to be able to have my animal with me, and not worry about people having opinions about my well trained and behaved German Shepherd.

My experience with CertaPet was smooth and easy. The directions were easy to follow, everyone responded back to me in a timely manner, and most importantly, my document is legitimate. Although I did need a custom form filled out which cost me an additional $20, I have no real complaints. I would recommend this site and their services to anyone looking to make their pet and ESA.

I have a little bit trouble because my landlord still want me to go to the doctor but when I showed the paper and the booklet they past it to the manager and they still reviewing it if the paper is real and legit. By the way CertaPet help me to live peacefully now . Thank you and hope you will help more people. Thank you for the quick processing of paper.

My experience with Certapet is the exact OPPOSITE of what their website states. Chat sessions? NEVER an immediate response. Telephone calls? NEVER anyone available. 48 hour if not sooner turn around? Paid 01/24, got canned letter from therapist saying that she would contact me within 48 hours if she had any questions. At hour 47, she left a voicemail saying that she would call me next day (Saturday). Now mind you, I am viewing rental properties, ready to sign a lease and NEED that ESA or, NEED to find out if for some reason I have been declined. E-mailed her Saturday morning and said that I would have my phone with me at all times. Heard NADA and Saturday afternoon left her a voicemail message that was not terse but said that I felt that enough time had elapsed and that I needed for her to please call/interview me. What happened next.. whoa buddy, immediate e-mail that said that I didn't meet the criteria (Which you can count on it, I DO!). No reply from her as to when I would get my refund. E-mails to Certapet regarding this experience (horrid) no response and refund? I am sure that is going to be a fight. Update 02/01/2018 I was behind the eight ball when Certapet declined. I contacted and paid both US Service Animals and TherapyPet and had a WONDERFUL experience with both of them. The therapist(s) assigned to me from BOTH of these companies actually picked up the PHONE and called me within 4 hours of payment. Both therapists asked valid questions, listened to my reasons/explanations. They were not just "rubber stamp" approvals that Certapet represents of their competitors. Certapet finally refunded me the amount less the $25 therapist charge. Certapet represents itself as service oriented and makes claims that competitors are fraudulent when in fact my experience is the exact opposite. The e-mail that I got from the Certapet therapist was "DON'T contact me, I will contact you IF I have questions". I have no respect for Certapet, especially since they don't hold their therapists accountable.

I want you to know how impressed I am with your service. When Delta airlines issued new forms you were able to respond with a professional to fill out their forms. This makes me feel that you can support me as issues arise. Thank you.
