Really professional and easy to use service with transparency around what you get. The process was smooth and quick if you make sure you provide enough information for the assessment to be conducted without follow-ups - so I would recommend being diligent with the questionnaire to save time later. The contextual information was also educational and helpful throughout.

So far, so good. I just got my ESA letter in the mail. I will be needing this when I fly back to Canada with my cat over the Holidays. This will help me save in airfare for my cat, when I already have to pay for a Health Certificate from the vet, approx. $80.00. I will see how this works when I get to the airport in a week!

Certa Pet is absolutely amazing! Did not want to do the drive between Chicago and Naples, Fl and putting my Pet in cargo wasn’t even an option. Now I am able to get my 23 lb Doxie back and forth without having to board him when I go to my Florida house. Customer service is also very quick to respond and resolve any issues.

Helped me get my dogs into my condo. Even filled out the paperwork the condo required. Turn around time was really great and the psychologist is super helpful and prompt.
