I am super happy with my experience with Certapet. They were very quick and thorough. I was really nervous about using an online service, but Certapet has licensed medical professionals who were able to help me once it was determined I qualified for an ESA.

I have been in search for a a place that will help me get a letter to support my ESA dog and myself. I have repeatedly run into web sites full of promises but found only dead ends.
