Absolutely horrendous experience !! I was weary so called the company to get details. They assured me someone would be calling me to speak. That never happened. According to the therapist, Jennifer Lopiano, who read a questionnaire.... (That’s all she did) I was declined because it seemed I was struggling in dealing with what was going on in my life. ( I think she might have missed the point of the emotional service animal). Either way it was totally a scam as they did not live up to their end of the bargain. Stay away!!!!!

Got my letter very quickly, had my questions answered in a timely manner. It was wonderful, my apartment manager had to hesitations and now I can get my pupper!

I was not sure about this when i started the process, but it turned out to be very easy to answer all the question and the turn around was very quick! I lost my my other ESA and it took me a long time to get her clearance through the old fashion way, with making an appointment waiting waiting waiting months to get in, but with Certapet it can be done in the privacy of your own home. All items are professionally presented. I even referred a friend after I was completed!
