Supportive Team
I have been with Cerebral over a Year and My Counselor and Prescriber are two of the most genuinely caring people I have ever met.I feel like I am heard and We work together.The app can be a bit frustrating to use and Customer service isn’t always very helpful but it You find the right counselor and Prescriber it is worth it. I would recommend changing counselors and/or prescribers if You are uncomfortable with Your current Team.

So far the first time using cerebral…
So far the first time using cerebral has been great. My provider was amazing and really easy to talk to and really knowledgeable in the mental health field.

RIP OFF!!
I had an issue that the first therapist I saw had zero experience. So I spent my first 2 sessions watching/listening to her on the other end google different resources for me. 1/3 to half of our sessions were silence while she was doing things on her computer. She then referred me to another guy who talked to me about various miscallanous things and barely asked me about my issue. I spent 3 sessions with 2 different therapists and received no help. THEN, when I wanted to cancel my subscription, it was 3 days past the auto-renewal, had not used any cerebral services, did not plan on it for the next month, and still was charged $365 and employee was unable to process a refund. I spent a ton of money and literally got zero help. These therapists seem like they are amateurs. I would FOR SURE seek help from a place that is more professional

I had a very negative experience with…
I had a very negative experience with Cerebral. My first 3 sessions with my counselor were pretty good, but at the fourth she made me feel extremely uncomfortable and refused to listen to me about how I felt. I left the session early I was so upset. The nurse practitioner was not much better. Both times I saw her she refused to turn her camera on which is suspicious to me. I am hard of hearing and need to see people's lips. Then she refused to refill a prescription I had been on for 10 years because she wanted lab work, which she only told me the day I ran out. I have never needed blood work for this medication, but she refused to prescribe without it. I took off work to get the lab work done and turns out she never sent the script at all! Now I don't know when I will have my medication again. These people are incredibly incompetent, hope alternative services are better.

The first month was great but then…
The first month was great, then I hit pause. I had requested pausing for a month. After a month with no reminder, no email, no invoice, no texting they charged my card. When I reached out about it they refused to refund or work with me. So I have to schedule. By this time my month is half over and it looks like I won’t be able to get what I paid for. I’m pretty disappointed in their refusal to work with me, it feels predatory and short sited on their part. I do like my therapist but sadly won’t be working with this company and their poor practices again.
