I was having some issues with the site when I first got started and voiced my concerns... I was contacted promptly by the support team and my concerns were addressed and rectified, beyond expectation. I really appreciated how I was treated I felt heard and I felt that they were committed to making sure my experience was pleasant. As far as the services go I’ve definitely have noticed an improvement in my mood, my provider has been very thorough as far as explaining how to take my medications, what side effects to look out for, prescription refill info etc. I’m looking forward to an app being developed that will be even more helpful! My counselor has been great as well she makes me feel supported in our sessions and has given me some really helpful tools to aid me in the healing process. I look forward to continuing my treatment 😊

I found the actual sessions with the provider and counselor wonderful, however my medication was not ordered on time, came incomplete, and did not include instructions.

Finally saw a provider, who ordered meds and then quit. Got a new provider who has yet to show up for 2 appointments today regarding med side effects that are actually making things worse. This app is terrible and a waste of money! 8/17/20 Provider contacted us and apologized and then made it all about how she hopes we will change the review. When contacted about med side effects, the response is always the same “keep trying”...we now have 3 months of meds that aren’t working and actually making things worse.

The best decision of my life that I've made for my mental health. So thankful for Cerebral and their team.

My team along with Ashley has a genuine concern for my welfare and help me navigate a slippery slope with my mental health that has been challenged due to my compromised health and physical ailments that seem to pile on the past few years.

My experience with cerebral has been great my only problem is trying to reach my care counselor but the support team is always there whenever I need them and I am greatly appreciative towards them. They are always there to answer my questions and if they cannot answer them they will put me in contact with someone who can.

I am struggling severe anxiety, to the point of not being able to leave my house, and my mouth is constantly bloody and my body never stops shaking. And I can’t seem to get anyone to prescribe me anything that will help.
