I have really appreciated the ease of getting care and treatment with Cerebral. I didn't have the ability or the time to get the multiple in person doctor visits needed to diagnose and treat my anxiety and insomnia, and with the help of the professionals at Cerebral, I was easily able to get a care plan and the treatment I needed. After becoming established for a few months with online care and Cerebral, I have realized I would like more frequent in-person therapy visits, so I will be transferring my care to a therapist and PCP. Cerebral was descreet and so fast about sending my prescription in the mail, the value was great, and when I needed to change my prescription, my messages were responded to quickly and personally. Cerebral literally saved me from a dark place, and my life and relationships are more manageable. Thank you for getting me on the path to heal.

I'm so incredibly happy with my services at Cerebral!! I feel hopeful again after months of struggling with depression. It was so easy to sign up and my provider and counselor are both extremely experienced and knowledgeable!! I couldn't be more impressed with this service and would highly recommend to anyone! Will be keeping this service and am looking forward to continuing my treatment plan with Cerebral!

Paid and made an appointment. The therapist never showed up. I waited for an hour in the video call. I was incredibly depressed I couldn’t even pay someone to talk to me about my problems. They assured me it was a mistake and set up a new appointment. ONCE AGAIN THERAPIST DIDNT SHOW UP. Screw this company for stealing my money and making my depression even worse

I signed up for this service and during my first consultation I found out they couldn't prescribe 2 out of 3 medications I take. I canceled the plan and asked for a refund since they were not able to provide the service. I emailed support and they initially denied the refund. I had to pass through 2 levels of support (each one kept denying refund) over the course of about a week until I had to demand to have a senior manager handle the case. The manager issued me a refund and had me speak by phone to another person to explain the situation and provide feedback. In the end I received the refund because they were not able to provide the service I needed but it was very difficult and time consuming to get to obtain this resolution.

My care counselor has been awesome – very caring, compassionate, and invested in my well-being. He has made sure I speak to my provider about medication issues between appointments if necessary, and he has worked with me to find tools to help my anxiety. I do wish the default appointment spacing with a provider (doc) in the beginning of treatment with medication wasn’t a full three months – but as noted, if you need earlier help the care counselor will make it happen. Overall Cerebral has been a godsend, during an extra-anxious time, when I wouldn’t have wanted to have an in-person appointment with anyone anyway!

The Cerebral team is absolutely amazing. My team has been incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and very informative. I can not express how much I would recommend Cerebral for issues related to anxiety and depression. I am so incredibly grateful for my team - they have helped change my life. The setting of the online meetings is also great - it is a far more relaxed and comfortable setting than a doctor's office. You start out in a comfortable environment where it is easy to open up to your team so they can get you the help you need. I can not say enough about how wonderful Justine and Kristin have been for me.

I have struggled with anxiety and depression for the past 15 years of my life. I currently live in a small town with limited healthcare options, I was advised to seek online help through a local mental health facility. I took the health assessment and signed up for online medication management and care counseling. I honestly and openly discussed my illness to my provider and care counselor. My provider immediately started me on medication to manage me depression and anxiety, and I was excited to be getting help again. However after meeting with my care counselor, unbeknownst to me she decided that I was more suitable for in person treatment and sent me a chat to say this. The website is basically unnavigable and I was unable to see this "chat", I consequently waited for medication that wasn't going to come and was charged an additional month before I reached out to support who informed me of the chat sent by my care counselor. I complained to support and they refunded my money and canceled my subscription. This whole process was extremely frustrating, I am merely trying to get help and I can't seem to get it through online or in person methods. If I wasn't a good candidate for treatment Cerebral should have mentioned this after my health assessment or my visit with provider. At the very least an email should've been sent telling me my care counselors opinion instead of a "chat" which I could not access. By sending me an email I could have sought treatment from another source quicker and may not have gone through with drawls from my medication. And the fact that my care counselor suggested in person treatment during a global pandemic where most doctors offices aren't seeing patients was laughable. Furthermore, I should have never been charged in the first place for a service that they were refusing me.

This company has poor comunication practices and plays with your mental health while charging you a lot of money. If you take benzodiazipines for a long time and need to find a provider, go through your insurance. I lost $300. When I signed with Cerebral it was cleared that if you could proof that you have been taking Lorazepam your provider would be able to prescribe it. My goal with Cerebral was to get treatment and tried to get rid of this terrible medication. I have been taking it for 20 years. I was prescribed Lorazepam and Lexapro. I had to pay $30 for the Lorazepam. I was not able to get the Lorazepam and my provider was very kind to send the prescription to a local pharmacy with 3 refills. I was grateful and mentally started to think about settings goals to stop this addiction. My care coordinator and I were working toward minimizing my symptoms. HOWEVER, they knew the company had changed policies regarding prescribing benzos 4 weeks ago and they did not communicate with me and charged me on 9-22-2020 they monthly premium. In August 1, my nephew 22 years old died in a car accident. After the funeral I started taking the Lexapro to start my treatment to find a solution to stop taking Lorazepam. Lexapro made me extremely anxious and couldn't take it. I am stock with Lorazepam and today, 4 weeks after THEY knew I get to speak with my provider and learn the sad news that this company cannot help me. Please don't think you will get help with your addiction. If they say they will prescribe benzos don't believe it. Run away.
